You should upgrade or use an alternative browser. Ok, so i'm slightly unclear as to what type of action drawing shurikens is, the rules say something along the lines of:
"When using a bow, a character can draw ammunition as a free action; crossbows and slings require an action for reloading. Generally speaking, ammunition that hits its target is destroyed or rendered useless, while normal ammunition that misses has a 50% chance of being destroyed or lost.
Although they are thrown weapons, shuriken are treated as ammunition for the purposes of drawing them...."
My interpretation of this is that drawing shuriken (or any ammunition) is a free action, but actually loading the ammunition into some forms of projectile weaponry (ie crossbows and slings) causes the action to take up a full move action.
So drawing shuriken is a free action; right or wrong?

Right. Go halfling ftr, WS, Halfling paragon levels, Ranged Weapon Mastery and all the other fun (TWF plus upgrades, PBS and Rapid Shot). Add rogue levels for UMD and get some wands of GMW, Flame Arrow and E-subbed Flame Arrows with ice, lightning, acid and sonic. Get hasty boots and perhaps some monk levels with that ascetic rogue feat for flurry.You'll still hit pretty nicely due to all these halfling bonuses (dex, dex paragon, size, halfling racial bonus) and the number of your attacks will drive your DM crazy (and let you run through your shuriken stacks like a monkey on speed).
Poison is a good idea. DC doesn't matter, hit your opponent often enough and he'll fail.
